By accessing www.aracarifoundation.org or participating in any program offered by Fundación Aracari (Reg. 25063907, Panama), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Fundación Aracari is a cultural and educational foundation offering self-cultivation programs rooted in ancestral wisdom traditions. Our programs include preparation support, ancestral immersion experiences, and post-immersion integration coaching.

Aracari is not a medical facility, mental health clinic, or licensed therapeutic practice. Our programs are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychiatric care, or licensed psychotherapy. Nothing on this website or in our programs constitutes medical or psychological advice.

Participation in our programs is voluntary and at your own discretion. We strongly recommend consulting with a licensed medical professional before participating, particularly if you have any physical or mental health conditions.

Participation in Aracari programs is subject to a personal screening process. We reserve the right to decline participation to any individual we determine is not an appropriate candidate, including but not limited to individuals with:

• Personal or family history of schizophrenia, bipolar type I, or psychosis
• Current use of contraindicated medications (including certain antidepressants)
• Certain cardiovascular conditions
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Insufficient psychological readiness as assessed during intake

You agree to provide accurate and complete health information during the screening process. Providing false or incomplete information releases Aracari from any liability related to your participation.

By enrolling in an Aracari program, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are participating voluntarily and with full informed consent
• You have disclosed all relevant health and psychological information
• You will follow the preparation protocols provided by our team
• You understand that ancestral immersion experiences can be intense and emotionally challenging
• You accept responsibility for your own choices and actions during and after the program

Program contribution details are communicated personally during the discovery call. The following general terms apply:

• Deposits are non-refundable once a program date is confirmed
• Full cancellations made more than 30 days before the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit
• Cancellations within 30 days of the program are non-refundable, but may be applied as credit toward a future program at our discretion
• Aracari reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs for safety, logistical, or force majeure reasons, in which case a full refund or credit will be offered

All information shared within the context of Aracari programs — by participants, facilitators, or team members — is treated as confidential. Participants agree not to record, photograph, or share the personal experiences or disclosures of other participants without explicit consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fundación Aracari, its founders, directors, facilitators, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programs or use of our website.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Aracari in the 12 months preceding the claim.

All content on this website — including text, design, images, program materials, and the Aracari name and logo — is the intellectual property of Fundación Aracari and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Panama City, Panama.
