We are available as a certified facilitation partner for organizations seeking structured, lineage-rooted post-experience integration support for their participants or beneficiaries.
We are not a clinical center. We are a facilitation team with a verified ancestral lineage, a structured three-phase delivery framework, and eight years of active practice — operating within legal jurisdictions that formally recognize ancestral plant medicine practices.
Pablo and Marcela Heilbron, co-founders of The Aracari Project, bring, has accumulated over 120 personal ceremonies under the guidance of a Maestro Mayor rooted in the Cofán tradition of the Colombian and Ecuadorian Amazon. Every facilitator on our team meets the same standards of formation — each with a sustained personal practice of plant medicine including a minimum of 5 three-day immersions annually over 2 to 3 years.
Aracari operates in alliance with a facilitation center based in a country with formal legal regulations for ancestral plant medicine practices — with over 15 years of active practice and approximately 500–900 documented sessions and experiences over the last decade.
Inspired by the 12-step framework, adapted into our own method and practice. Delivered in the participant's homeland or within a nature-imbued setting we arrange.
Maximum 9 participants — doubled for organizational programs with proportional facilitation. Participants move through ancestral plant medicine sessions, circle work, conscious word and intention practices, live music, and somatic grounding — each held in a 1:2 facilitator ratio throughout. Every element is designed not for a powerful weekend, but for a permanent shift.
12 structured modules over 6 weeks, live sessions, 1:1 support, daily practice system. Delivered in the participant's homeland or within a nature-imbued setting we arrange.
Across our programs, participants consistently report reduced emotional reactivity, improved relational clarity, and a renewed sense of direction within the first weeks of integration. We document participant progress throughout the three-phase process and make summary reports available to organizational partners upon request.
All immersions are conducted with trained facilitators present throughout. We maintain an active safety protocol that includes pre-screening, in-immersion monitoring, and direct access to medical referral networks in each operating territory.
We have experience working with high-functioning professionals, executives, and individuals navigating significant life transitions. We are open to conversations with organizations supporting veterans, end-of-life care, trauma recovery, and burnout rehabilitation — provided participants pass our pre-qualification screening process.
Our facilitation team is multi-disciplinary. Each member meets the same standards of immersive formation and integration training.
