Fundación Aracari

The story of the
founders

Two people arrived at the same point by different roads: the moment when adjustments are no longer enough.

Pablo

Rebuilding from within

In 2018 I began a serious process of personal transformation. I was coming out of hard years — conflict with myself, with the people around me, and a distance I had built myself with the people I loved.

The first thing I understood was uncomfortable and freeing at once: I had created that distance myself. Admitting it was the doorway into the real work.

I walked that process seriously until, during the pandemic, I lost my footing. I went back to old patterns. That fall ended in a serious car accident — the kind you don't get to talk about unless something protected you.

The next morning I had the greatest clarity of my life, and it was simple: this isn't shared from theory. It's shared from having walked it. From there I went back to the work, this time to stay, and began training to guide others.

That same year doors began to open. I was invited to serve alongside teams with years of experience, and there I built my own way of working: simple, unadorned, and honest about what it costs.

Marcela

Caring for the form

Marcela arrived at the same point on her own and in her own time: the decision to change her life completely, made without yet knowing where it led.

What she brought to Aracari is what holds the work when no one is watching: the standard for how things are done. That every person who arrives is received with real care and not with a template. That the form — the detail, the aesthetics, the treatment — matches what is being asked of people.

As Cultural Director, her role is to protect the integrity of what we do as it grows. That's the difference between a program that scales and one that dilutes as it scales.

The meeting

A bird neither of them
had seen before

Pablo and Marcela met at exactly that point: when adjusting is no longer enough and you have to rebuild.

A small bird in the jungle, one neither of them had seen before, gave the project its name. The aracari moves between layers of the forest, between worlds. It felt exact: our work is to bring what's learned in silence into daily life, and make it practical.

Fundación Aracari was registered in Panama in 2023, under number 25063907. Today it runs educational and personal development programs in Canada, Central America and Argentina.

Today

From story to practice

What began as a personal process is today a structured body of work: workshops, training and support, plus educational programs with young people and communities.

Modo Reset, our flagship workshop, is 12 live sessions walking through the 9 human connections — with concrete tools you keep for life.
